My hoomin did his best to keep out of our way today. We wanted to loaf in peace, and he wanted to piddle with his color studies. He brooded most of the day, of course. As the long weekend wound down, he realized it took about three days for his head to pop out of a certain dark place, only to face falling right back into a cauldron of dark tar pit come M*nd*y morning. 

And for something completely different, a bit of good news. Remember "Graham Cracker and Mel?" Well, it's finally up for a raffle by the Brambeley Hedge Rabbit Rescue. It's one of the prizes in a fundraiser to help them survive the electricity bills this summer.

In other news, it's been a month or so since my hoomin started working on those color studies of a couple of bunns from Suncoast House Rabbit Rescue. We're not sure where this is going, but it's moving. And there's another study in progress, with another one on the to-do list.

Anyway, that's what we will focus on, and if all goes well, we'll try to overbun this week.
