Good Evening, Everybun!

My hoomin got up this morning and told me it's one of those days when the universe decided to give you a proper day off - it rolls over you hard enough that you're not in a mood to do anything at all.

And so my hoomin took it easy. It worked for us, 'cause Charlie and I bummed a couple of chunks of orange for breakfast dessert. That would be impossible to pull off if my hoomin was of sound mind and body.

But he took care of the important things. We got pestered with the "clicky" thing so you can see my fresh, cheery mug. Charlie got nabbed with a pen and paper when she made the mistake of holding still for a few seconds in view of my hoomin.

It's going to be OK as long as the salads, cookies, and arty stuff happen.

Greetings, Everybunny!

The long-awaited first day of Fall came and went on Odin's day, overlooked in the mayhem of the moment. But not all is lost. The weather feels nicer. A little cold front tried to get through to us and at least dried up the air somewhat. I think we'll have better luck next week.

Of course, here, every day is an International Rabbit Day. We're a little international here. Better yet - everybun seems to have come from a different planet if you ask me. 

My hoomin mumbled something about a craving for the woods. Said the trees are his people. Sob, he probably needs some fresh air.

We'll keep you posted,

PS: RG, swamp cabbage is a La Florida thing. It's the heart of a palm tree that can be prepared and cooked a few different ways. Supposedly really tasty when done right.
