Have a Safe and Peaceful Memorial Day

Greetings, Everybunny!

I Charlie, the Queen of Seven Bundos and the rest of us would like to wish everybun a safe and peaceful Memorial Day.

My hoomin wondered about the "happy" part of the usual wishes so prevalent today. Well, he's been missing his friend and art teacher who served in Vietnam, Douglas Marquet Pesto. These days, Doug is resting at the Bay Pines VA Cemetery. He received three Purple Hearts, but in the end, perished making a left turn out of his apartment complex. He loved art and when it was all said and done, kept working in graphite, creating beautiful, soul grabbing portraits.

Sigh, maybe we'll take a break from bookworming today and art instead.

So, whatever you do out there today, be safe and come back in one piece, will ya?

The Bunday Evening Thumps

Good Evening, Every Bun!

Our hoomin tried to do something nice for us today, but his timing seemed to be way off. The "before dinner" snack was great, but we weren't ready for it. It was just too early. The shredded cawwot though, the cawwot was great! Straight from the cawwot patch in the front yard.

Maybe the hoomin is having a hard time because he's going to finish tonight one of those required readings, a thick and dry FAA publication. He's been book-worming all day.

And in other news, Charlie enjoys the bunfest bundo of ours. She likes to hide in it, loaf on top of it, and run through it.

Sigh... I think we'll go back to chillaxing before the proper dinner saaaalad arrives.

Espresso, Charlie, and Gus Update

Hellos, Every Bunny!

Today, on the "Espresso thinks you need a good thumping" show, the two-timing hoomin goes to another bunn rescue meet-and-greet. He says it's a great way to start the weekend, I sayz there better be some fresh raspberries for dinner. And take a shower when you come back, hoomin. I don't wanna hear or smell about any of your antics. Oh, pick up some new rugs for Charlie's and Gus's bundos, will ya?
