Bun evening, Wverybun!
We're doing well, and Charlie is enjoying a bundefu, easy stretch.
This morning my pibed got another small puddle of grit out of Charlie, and we're very curious to see how the bladder expression by Dr. Zellner will go tomorrow.
One more point from last week's visit with Dr. Zellner.
Where surgeries are concerned, 80% of exotic deaths occur during post-ops. That's why Dr. Zellner has a very special volunteer, a retired nurse, that does nothing but take care of bunns during post-op to give them the best possible chance of coming through OK.
In other news, the front has passed; it's been very windy, cool-ish, and the skies were perfect electric blue. A great day to hide and loaf.
The biped stayed up waaaaaay past his bedtime last night, and paid for it all day today. Finally, the Universe is learning him the value of loafing. I eavesdropped on his thoughts, delighting in the sounds of Charlie snoozing. All those little snories and hurumphies - just priceless.
Good night and good luck!
- Gus
