I don't know where Cleo lives. Bur Speedy lives in Merry Olde Engerlund and he was into this "Speak to the Butt" business too. Maybe it is some Bunniverse holiday or something.
I'm sure they mean it to show disapproval, but it backfires on them (no pun intended) because bunny butts are so cute.
