Greetings Everybunny!
Hoomin took me to the vet yesterday for a re-check. So I peed on the vet's counter. Why not?
Word is I got overgrowth of "bad bacteria" in my gut. They checked my stool sample - I volunteered that on my own, right on the counter of course. So I got 5 days of Baytril and pro-biotic powder to go with my critical care. I'm supposed to have that for 14 days.
My lungs sound good.
The subject of my cataracts came up. One eye is completely obscured. Doc said she would not put me through the surgery at this point. Especially since there's no guarantee I could see in that eye anyway. You want to talk about breaking my hoomin's heart. Not pretty.
That hair coming out on my back? Moisture, not being dry enough - after bum bafs. We'll make changes there.
But, we got props for keeping my undercarriage clean.
Last Saturday we did go outside and enjoyed some evening head rubs. Yes, I did try to bolt. I had to. Didn't get far though. His grubby paws were right on me.
We enjoyed a very nice evening indeed!

One day at a time ... and enjoy them too! (Way to go at the V.E.T. ... - keep them on their toes.)
The magic hour lighting looks good on you, Mr Bun Ken & Kaci
You all take care. We all stay very concerned, but our bunnies are rejoicing over Mr. Bun's treatment of the Vet's counter. Keep those lungs clear, Mr. Bun. It's just another way to communicate with medical professionals. Please tell your human to wash his hands and put a smile in his heart.
