Espresso, Charlie, and Gus Update

Greetings, Everybunny!

The good news is, out V. E. T. checkup went well, and we're as healthy as we can be. Today I send our hoomin with the raisin samples back to the V. E. T. Hopefully, the lab results will come back clean.

It's been raining the whole week, and it looks like we have the same in store for next week. The groovy, rainy are bunderful, except the roof is now leaking like a sieve. The patches our hoomin put in place held up well, but now the rest of the leaks showed up. It's rather overwhelming. We're afraid a new roof is in order.

This guy is slowly churning in the Gulf, and its outer bands are dropping tones of rain.

Of course, it could be so, so much worse. Our hoomin will work from home for the foreseeable future. Word came down from the tar pits that they will have no proper front office for bun knows how long. Some folks will be working from the warehouse.

All I care about is that our head rubs and snorgles will go on uninterrupted. And all the hoomin has to do is to put one paw in front of the other. You know, the same way we do it.

We'll keep you posted,
- Espresso

Well your news is all good and a little rain never hurt anyone (now a lot of rain is a different matter so be alert.) And keep in mind that fixing the leaky roof during a rain storm is no fun at all and if it is sunny out then the roof is not leaking and so does not need fixing ..

Heck - up here in the far Northwest it is raining off and on too - which is not usually the plan for this time of year.
