And we finally made good on the promise of taking it easy. My best "Murderizer Friend" took pity on my hoomin. Of course, Spressy extorted trice the usual allotment of cookies during the day. The hoomin would tempt him with a half cookie here, half a cookie there, just to watch him eat and remind himself that this is not the Sunday of the week past.

While my hoomin tried to work on those hopeless lesson plans, the guyzez bantered back and forth, distracting him as much as possible. All in all, a boring and relaxing day was had by all - nobun complained.

Greetings, Everybun!

My hoomin is still trying to get over last Sunday and M*nd*y. I really gave it to him good. Almost too good. You know, be careful when you decide to scare the manure out of your hoomin. I'm fine now, but what a day we had. I ended up going to the V. E. T. on Tuesday for observation. All's well now. My x-ray showed no signs of blockage, and my lungs are clear.

This morning we all got homemade treats with the Oxbow Papaya tablets. Those tablets are just unedible on their own - only Charlie managed to eat one "as is." I dropped mine in the water bowl - my hoomin fished it out and ate it. Even he thought it tasted like a plain chunk of chalk. Gussy tried one and just gave the hoomin a good stink eye.

So, it will be a project trying to make that thing palatable. But what do we care - if it's not exquisite - we don't touch it.
