Hoppy 4th of July, Everybunny!

Espresso, "Is that Red, White, and Blue enough for ya!?"
Gus, "I like Green - just to be difficult!"

Hoppy 4th of July, Everybunny!

We would like to wish you a safe and quiet one. I'm not a big fan of things going "boom" at night, so I'm rooting for a day of rain. Of course, we won't get it - not with the high-pressure system sitting over us, but bun can dream. Even the afternoon thunderstorms are a rare thing these days.

But, chillax we will - the best we can.

We'll keep you posted!

The Bunday Evening Thumps

Gus, "Don't believe anything Spressy sayz; he's just a lying, thieving, Murderizer. He's not a good, borrowing artist, not a great, thieving artist, just the murderizing kind.
Espresso, "Nice try with the snacks."
Espresso, "I dunno, hoomin, I just dunno."
Espresso, "We still ways from home, ain't we, hoomin?"
"Espresso in the morning", acrylic, pixels, and disapproval.

Good evening, Everybun!

It's my first day without nose drops, and it's going well - so far. Keep your paws and fingers crossed. I finally had to check on my scribe and his progress with the assignment. You know, when he did such a good job painting the wall a few times, I thought maybe he could do a job for me. That "Graham Cracker and Mel" painting. Yeah - the hoomin is just my "canvas hand." Nothing more.

I'm disappointed, of course. I thought we would be further along. When I showed up for the inspection, he tried to bribe me with cookies - the laggard. Thank Bun we're not even halfway through the long weekend, so maybe we can push it along some more.

Good night and good luck!

Espresso, Charlie, and Gus Update

Espresso, "You know it's gonna get dark - soon, very soon."
Charlie, "Tell 'im, Spressy - we should be charging him for this."
Espresso, "That's my plan for the day - every day. You should see the execution!"

Hellos, Everybunny!

This morning I got my last two nose drops of the antibiotic, and as much as I hated getting each drop this week, it felt good to not have sneezing fits. Now my hoomin is freaked out that I'll regress. He wanted to run off with me to the V. E. T. to hide there until next week. I reckon the next few days will be nerve-wracking for him.

Then again, it's a long, four-day weekend here, so we may as well just stretch out our floofs and try to chillax. I hear those stretched-out tucks of mine in the morning are the best part of the day - I concur.

We'll keep you posted!
