Chilling after the baf tub ride |
I'm TRYING to chill after baf tub ride. My ears are still shaking. |
Greetings, Everybun!
Today we had the longest training run as the prime crew - we rode baf tub and the clothes basket. We did well. Hoomins are much relieved since they think this would make it easier for every bun to evacuate.
Our dude hoomin is getting spastic watching Houston and now Irma.

Irma is still far away, but he's trying to figure out what to get for us if we have to run. Both hoomins are plotting where to run to, what to pack and that fun stuff.
At the moment we think that if Irma lands on the East coast of Florida, we may stick around and ride it out. Ahhh, the hoomin is such a dreamer. Right now he's trying to make peace with the thought of having to run, so it won't be such a shock if it comes to that.
We'll keep you posted,

Good to hear the crew is making progress! :) In the Girl Scouts, our motto was "Always Be Prepared" (and there were full-on competitions to see who could sell the most cookies, but I digress...). Here is a link to a site using the GFS system - neat weather site: https://www.ventusky.com/?p=33.7;-81.1;5&l=wind

Keep watch and yes - be prepared. Stock pile of water and carrots and greens and craisins, and nanners, and etc., etc. Packed and ready ...
