Good evening, Everybunny!
It's been a quiet weekend around this burrow. My hoomin tried to chillax, loaf, and art as much he could. We made some space for him. "Graham Cracker and Mel" is finally traced on the big canvas, and we have a backup tracing of the line work on a full-size sheet of vellum. The piece will be painted in sections, progressing from the background to the foreground. For example, when the light blue background is done, we'll trace the bunnanas over that and then paint them in. So, the big tracing will serve as a guide for positioning the smaller elements. Hopefully, we'll get some paint down tonight if all goes well.
Let's rewind back to Friday for a moment. After the appointment, my hoomins went to the Tampa Museum of Art. And my Bun - it was a treat! Our Disapproving kind was well represented. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mess with those bunns from Jasmin Joseph's pieces.
The plan for the next few weeks is straightforward - wings level and art.Good night, and good luck!
- Gus
